Maya Nora is looking for a Creative & Marketing Assistant to work closely with the founder on creative direction, storytelling, and day-to-day marketing.

This is a hands-on role for someone with a strong visual eye and instinct for aesthetics, storytelling and curation, helping shape a cohesive Maya Nora brand world across social media, imagery, graphic design and campaigns, while supporting the wider day-to-day running of the brand.

Responsibilities of the Creative & Marketing Assistant:

• Support the planning, creation and scheduling of content across Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest
• Create graphics, layouts and visual assets
• Edit and curate imagery and short-form video content
• Support campaign, collection and product launches across digital channels
• Assist with email and digital marketing
• Research fashion, social and cultural trends relevant to the brand
• Contribute ideas for content, campaigns and brand storytelling
• Support influencer and PR research, gifting and outreach
• Assist with content curation and organisation of digital assets
• Support content shoots and other creative projects
• Provide general creative and organisational support to the founder, with the opportunity to take on increasing ownership as the role develops

What Maya Nora is looking for:

• A strong visual eye and natural understanding of graphic design, curation and content curation
• Good understanding of layout, typography, visual storytelling and brand consistency
• Confident using InDesign and Photoshop
• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok and an awareness of current digital and cultural trends
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organised, proactive and able to work independently
• Excellent attention to detail
• Genuine interest in fashion, branding, content and digital marketing
• Shopify and email marketing platform experience is desirable but not essential
• A strong portfolio or examples of relevant creative work
