The main objective of this role is to provide all round support to the Creative & Store Environment teams
 
Responsibilities:

  • Managing all print and vinyl asset roll-out and management for retail.
  • Partnering with Head of VM on qty’s and budgets for each roll-out.
  • Solicits feedback from the field on print asset requirements and general needs of the business.
  • Creates work back calendars in partnership with Head of VM to ensure timely delivery of all print assets to store, which informs photo, production, print and delivery dates.
  • Creates store comms to support with managing out of date and obsolete assets.
  • Creation of one creative Calendar to centralise all creative projects including marketing and retail, timelines and due dates. Communicates this information cross-functionally.
  • Working with the WW/MW/HW teams to check all dates work with sample arrivals etc
  • Works with Executive Assistant and Studio Manager to add all dates for the year in advance and communicates this information cross-functionally
  • Management of all diary requests and changes to retail and marketing calendars
  • Partners cross functionally to ensure timely delivery of all print and vinyl assets (including graphics); managing workback calendars and communicating due dates.
  • Manages creative store environment budgets on a day to day basis. Partnering with HOV, ensures timely communication of allocated budgets to both field and head office teams for each project and monthly store allocation.
  • Communicating across senior stakeholder levels.
  • Managing the Creative Directors diary.

 
We'd love someone with:

  • Proficient in using Outlook Calendar
  • Knowledge of InDesign would be desired
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High level of organization
  • Can work with within a fast-paced environment
