We are looking for a Creative Production Manager to join the Wolf & Badger Studios Team!  

The successful candidate will be a motivated individual who is a great team player with a deep understanding of how a commercial creative/production agency runs. They will be excited to take ownership of all creative output delivering above and beyond client expectations at all times. Reporting to the Studio Manager and Head of Studios directly, they start with the client in mind and understand the powerful role that a producer can play in a successful project and client experience.  They will motivate their creative teammates and encourage fresh thinking and new approaches to production.

They are an effective communicator that can handle multiple projects from beginning to end, under tight and evolving deadlines. This is a hands-on, fast paced position for an experienced producer with management experience. They are well versed at speaking with clients, managing expectations and interpreting their requirements into clear creative briefs. They will then be able to effectively manage their team and efficiently see the actualisation of those briefs into finished assets delivered on time and within budget. 

The successful candidate will oversee the planning, organisation, scheduling and production workflow for multiple creative projects spread across the production team from conception to delivery, while meeting all timeline milestones and delivering within the approved budgets.

They will be personally managing high profile clients as lead on their projects, producing all aspects of photography/video; from concept briefing through to scheduling/managing shoot teams, casting models, ensuring studio/locations are shoot ready, making sure shoots run smoothly with a tight grasp on shot lists and timing, post-production delivers accurate results and the clients receive their finished art on time.

You will inspire confidence by your project management and tenacity in meeting a deadline and show an unwavering attention to detail and an acute awareness that everything counts. You will provide clear ownership and accountability to anything your teams touch and see it through beyond completion - measuring a project’s success beyond delivery. You will show a relentless desire for innovation, fairness and execution.

The Role:

  • Manage Creative project workflows and systems
  • Organise and track progress of creative project workflows and calendars
  • Own the fulfilment of all Creative Services projects both externally and in-house
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders in the development of creative projects
  • Content production across; photography & videography
  • Facilitate creative project requests from all departments, ensuring those requests are tracked and actioned
  • Facilitate on time asset delivery to clients
  • Set up meetings for project kick-offs with key stakeholders, managers and creative teams
  • Strong project management skills - ability to take a brief and interpret creatively
  • Having overall responsibility of production from creative briefing to final delivery
  • Liaising with, informing and inspiring clients
  • Ensuring timing and resource requirements are met
  • Working closely with the Head of Studios and Studio Manager to effectively manage your teams
  • Maintain and track accurate project details for financial reporting
  • Responsible for the projects schedule, setting milestones and managing overall deliverables.
  • Attends Milestone Client reviews and key check-ins with the Client Production
  • Attends weekly Company Production and Casting Meetings
  • Runs weekly Project specific Production meetings

The Candidate:

  • At least 5 years' experience working in a similar environment
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience
  • Self-starter who brings passion, enthusiasm and focus to their work
  • An open, curious and adaptive problem-solver
  • Excellent communicator who thrives on building relationships, collaborating and communicating with others
  • Able to deal with ever-changing priorities and manage several projects
  • Understands creative production processes (Photo & Video)
  • Possesses proven track record of managing multiple projects and delivering on budget and on time
  • Great with clients and creatives, managing their schedules and expectations 
  • Takes responsibility to bid additional work on existing projects
  • Communicates information quickly and succinctly internally and to client
  • Maintains a positive, upbeat, creative and professional team while being proactive and solution-oriented
  • Mentors, supports training and provides feedback for Annual Reviews
  • Has expert knowledge of Gsuite (incl. Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive)
  • Has an depth understanding of photography/film production workflows and practices
  • Is highly organised, first-class time/project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to prioritise conflicting tasks
  • Ability to remain calm and confident in a fast-paced environment
  • Project budget management experience
  • Practical graphic design skills a plus; knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)
