We’re Amy & Faye, sisters and full-time creators sharing fashion, beauty, lifestyle and body-confidence content. We also founded Self Love Club, our growing community for women. We’re looking for an experienced, super-organised creative assistant to help us make brilliant content and keep everything moving.
This is an editing-first role with wider social media and creative assistant responsibilities. We'll send footage, saved inspiration, and briefs; you’ll turn them into polished videos, proactively manage priorities and help us get more from the content we already shoot.
This is a full-time, remote-first role with occasional London shoots (typically up to half a day a week) and Self Love Club events. Working days may sometimes be swapped by agreement around events.
What the Creative & Social Media Assistant will do…
Video Editing & Content:
- Own our weekly 30–45 minute YouTube vlog (usually less than three hours of footage), with a first cut in time for feedback and a Friday sign-off ahead of Sunday publication.
- Edit engaging Instagram Reels, TikToks, Shorts and mini daily vlogs; make excellent use of B-roll and our content archive.
- Repurpose videos for different platforms with strong hooks, pacing, captions, music, current fonts and trends.
- Help with YouTube thumbnails, cutdowns, revisions and keeping footage and projects organised.
Social Media & Self Love Club
- Support content calendars, scheduling and posting across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook.
- Create and schedule Self Love Club graphics, social posts, event edits and trend-led content.
- Bring fresh organic content ideas, spot trends and flag opportunities without needing constant direction.
LTK, ShopMy & Commercial Support:
- Regularly upload and organise shoppable content on LTK and ShopMy, with accurate product links and tags.
- Remind us to share links daily, monitor link clicks and suggest ways to improve shopping performance.
- Help with brand-campaign briefs, creative concepts, deadlines and spotting suitable brand opportunities.
What Amy & Faye World is looking for:
- Excellent video editing skills across both long-form YouTube and short-form social
- Highly organised, reliable, proactive and able to assist on several projects independently.
- Confident with editing software and social-native tools, with an eye for aesthetics, typography and storytelling.
- Interested in fashion, beauty, creators and community.
- Experience with LTK/ShopMy is a plus
