We are recruiting for a CRM Coordinator to join our CRM team in UNIQLO Europe. This role supports the planning, build and execution of high-quality, multi-channel CRM campaigns across European markets (Email, SMS and Push). You will be highly organised, comfortable managing multiple requests and priorities, and obsessive about detail—ensuring every campaign is delivered accurately, on time, and aligned to business goals.
What the CRM Coordinator will be responsible for:
Own the CRM campaign calendar (weekly/monthly), coordinating business priorities and requests to keep plans accurate and timelines clearly aligned.
Build and execute Email, SMS and Push campaigns end-to-end in our CRM platform (including audience selection, personalisation, scheduling, and deployment).
Take ownership of improving customer engagement and contributing to CRM revenue targets by identifying optimisation opportunities across channels.
Report performance clearly and regularly to the wider business: campaign results, key insights, learnings and recommendations for improvement.
Support ad hoc CRM projects and process improvements to strengthen team efficiency and quality standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring smooth execution and consistent ways of working.
Partner closely with Copy and Design to brief campaigns and ensure content is delivered to spec across markets and channels.
Own campaign QA with exceptional attention to detail: proofread content; validate links, tracking, pricing, product details, segmentation logic, localisation and rendering.
Be accountable for on-time, error-free delivery—ensuring campaigns are sent exactly as intended, with robust checks and sign-off.
Develop and run a testing & learning plan, including hypotheses, test setup, measurement approach, and documentation of outcomes and next actions.
Skills, Experience and Attributes:
At least 5 years' experience in an email/CRM marketing role, ideally within retail, fashion or lifestyle.
Hands-on experience building and executing multi-channel campaigns (Email, SMS and/or Push), from brief to deployment.
Experience using Braze (preferred), or a comparable CRM/marketing automation platform.
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong QA mindset (content, links, tracking, segmentation, pricing/product accuracy).
Strong coordination and organisational skills, with proven ability to manage multiple requests, priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset with experience in reporting, interpreting performance and translating insights into actions.
Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, able to work effectively across multiple teams and markets.
Excellent level of English (written and spoken).
