Monsoon are looking for a CRM Executive to join our Digital team. This role will be responsible for email campaign delivery, review and optimisation. Driving great customer experience and exceeding email channel targets. You will work closely with the Senior CRM Executive to deliver Monsoon’s email plan and report into the Senior CRM Manager.
