We’re looking for a Customer Care Advisor to join the fashion obsessed team at Jaded London.  Our customers are extremely important to us therefore it is vital that we resolve any issues as soon as possible and customers are happy with their experience shopping on our website.

Your role will include:

  • Dealing with daily customer queries and assisting with returns, exchanges and any product faults
  • As a fast learner, you’ll use a number of customer service softwares
  • Processing and updating of the weekly dispatch, back order and returns reports
  • Liaising with the warehouse to ensure quick dispatch, order fulfilment and delivery dates are met
  • Communicating with the production and social teams to ensure accurate product information and launch dates are correctly communicated
  • Maintaining a positive and responsive voice across the social media accounts
  • Weekly collating of all data in regard to number of emails replied to, response times, returns processed, etc., to identify areas for improvement to maintain a seamless customer journey
  • Demonstrating a great knowledge of our product and general love for the brand

Key Skills and Experience: 

  • Experience providing excellent customer service
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good knowledge of Excel and managing Outlook emails 
  • A fast learner on software programmes
  • Diligent with strong organisational skills
  • Friendly and enthusiastic
  • A real passion for fashion and maintaining excellent customer care
