At Clarks, we're looking for a highly organised, proactive Customer Operations Coordinator to join our Wholesale Operations team in Street, Somerset.

The Customer Operations Coordinator will play a key role in supporting major wholesale customers, managing orders, coordinating deliveries, maintaining accurate information and helping ensure products reach customers on time and in full.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building relationships with customers and colleagues, and ensuring things run smoothly behind the scenes.

What the Customer Operations Coordinator will do:

• Coordinating customer orders from booking through to dispatch.
• Working closely with our Distribution Centre and internal teams to ensure orders are delivered on time.
• Communicating with wholesale customers regarding orders, deliveries and any operational issues.
• Producing and maintaining reports using Excel.
• Monitoring and resolving order, stock and delivery issues.
• Supporting forecasting and day-to-day operational activities.
• Building strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Assisting with continuous improvement and supporting the wider operations team.

• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with a variety of stakeholders.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience using Excel in a working environment.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy and fast-moving team.
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
• You may already be working in customer operations, sales support, customer service, logistics, supply chain, administration or a similar operational role.
