We're looking for a passionate, dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Mars to help provide exceptional customer service; assist customers with their enquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an excellent shopping experience is key to our brand.

Suitable applicants will embody the core Mars values and offer an enthusiastic, professional approach to all interactions.

The role is based in-house three days per week and at home two days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and offer 360 assistance with orders, returns, and general product information.
• Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our collections and services
• Resolve queries and ensure solutions are provided in a timely and empathetic manner
• Ensure all customer feedback and work with internal teams to flag any feedback for quality improvement.
• Work closely with the internal team to offer insight to customers where applicable and ensure a seamless customer experience

Profile:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management
• An agile problem-solver; able to quickly identify and rectify problems and ensure customer satisfaction
• Able to quickly learn product and service knowledge
• Great attention to detail
• Able to handle complaints and defuse conflicts, turning negative situations into positive outcomes
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
• An interest in fashion is a plus
