Tagged Resources is looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a growing team based in Solihull.  This is an active role and an exciting opportunity for a motivated person to develop their career, with a quality-focused company in a key position within the business.

The Role of Customer Service Advisor:

• Provide outstanding support to customers via phone and email.
• Understanding customers’ needs and requirements and trying to exceed these wherever possible.
• Providing a courteous, efficient and reliable service to all customers, both via messaging channels and phone
• Handling pre and post-sales customer queries
• Liaising with courier companies
• Effectively manage complaints and escalations from start to finish.
• Processing orders via Sage
• Processing returns/credits via Sage
• Working with our Sales Team to ensure our customers are satisfied

What Tagged Resources is looking for:

• Experience working within a fast-paced working environment and keen to be part of and assist the team.
• Experience using Microsoft Office
• Friendly and dynamic individual, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A passion for customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication skills at all levels
• Ability to problem-solve and follow processes accurately.
