The purpose of the role is to further assist customers of Designer Exchange. Designer Exchange is growing and we are in a position to hire a new role to handle the customer service emails, the social media comments and queries. 

Tasks for the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Responding to customer queries and comments on social media including sourcing stock information, responding professionally and passing information on to relevant teams. 
  • Daily engagement on social media which may include leaving comments on social media profiles of interest, initiating conversations and liking pictures.
  • Responding to Trustpilot reviews
  • Running the monthly Trustpilot competition
  • Responding to Google reviews
  • Handling customer problems and solving issues online. 
  • Responding to the customer service emails such as giving information and solving problems for customers. 
  • Liaising with the stores and support team when assisting a customer

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
