Seventh Stores is looking for an experienced full-time Customer Service Assistant who enjoys working as part of a team.  As Customer Service Assistant, you will be providing support and reporting to the Client Service Manager, working closely with them to assist in responding to emails, social media admin-related tasks and assisting in our daily customer service communication along with handling returns, exchanges and press enquiries. 

Suitable applicants will have relevant client service fashion experience, be highly organised, dynamic and able to work in a fast-paced environment.  This role also requires the ability to travel to our London office 1-2 days a week with other days remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Ask open questions to find out customers' needs 
  • Responding to customers' queries via email, WhatsApp and Instagram
  • Booking in collections and deliveries 
  • Looking up stock for customer requests 
  • Complying with the Seventh “tone” 
  • Contacting customers when required 
  • Assisting the Client Service Manager with other duties including press and loaning requests 
  • Knowledge of all product lines 
  • Identify any issues with warehouse or other systems 
  • Building relationships with customers and clients 
  • Participating in brainstorming sessions 
  • Resolving any customer complaints 
  • Recommend, select and locate the correct product for the customers needs
  • Provide information about Seventh and promote the services 
  • Guarantee a high level of customer service at all times 
  • Educate and guide customers about Seventh 
  • Handling returns & exchanges 
  • Assisting stylists and press in our studio with selecting pieces and managing the product
  • Using initiative to identify opportunities on various platforms 
  • Remain aware of the latest trends and remain fully updated on product knowledge 
  • Offer alternative products when necessary 
  • Maintain a customer-friendly and customer-focused environment at all times 
  • Comply with all Seventh policies and procedures at all times

Skills and Knowledge 

Required:

  • At least 2 years' customer service experience
  • Able to travel to our office in south east London
  • Excellent communication, numeracy and written skills 
  • Able to work effectively within a team environment 
  • Fashion-conscious and trend aware 
  • High level of personal enthusiasm to drive work to completion
  • Client-focused, confident and assertive 
  • Efficient and punctual 
  • Positive and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude 
  • Professional manner 
  • Willing to learn new skills 
  • Flexible and reliable
