Tagged Resources acting as the Recruiter for The Behrens Group are working together on a new exciting career opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator.

The Company: 

  • An excellent opportunity has become available for a Customer Service Coordinator to join a busy team.  You will be working for a successful group of textile trading companies and will be responsible for a wide range of customer service related tasks. You must be able to develop an excellent understanding of the business’ needs understanding the supply chain process, along with building strong internal relationships at all levels.
  • Working hours available are both full and part time.

The Role:

  •  Proactively helping to offer an exceptional level of customer service.
  • Supporting customer deliveries on a National and International basis
  • Placing and tracking orders.
  • Managing order delivery and resolving any problems
  • Supporting the Product Manager and Customer Services Manager.
  • Planning stock and deliveries on a national basis and also internationally.
  • Liaising with the factory, managing specifications and samples.
  • Providing quotations / estimates to customers.
  • Directly working with customers to handle queries and provide solutions. 

Skills Required:

  •  A Level or equivalent.
  • Excellent customer services and interpersonal skills
  • Very organised and a logical thinker.
  • Good communicator.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player.
  • Good level of education.
