Mimi Holliday is committed to creating cool, approachable lingerie for every woman.  We are looking for a well presented, enthusiastic and bright Brand Ambassador with excellent levels of customer service.

Duties & Key Tasks: 

  • Managing Front of House as the face and voice of the company, you will be the first point of call for all queries into the office
  • Liaising with customers from the beginning to end of their purchase maintaining excellent levels of customer service throughout
  • Management of warehouse and logistics team
  • Oversee daily processing of all outbound B2C customer orders from our warehouse onsite
  • Ensuring that the warehouse and fulfilment area is presentable at all times
  • Timely distribution of all deliveries out of the office
  • Timely distribution of all deliveries into the office to all departments
  • Management of all office supplies and B2C packaging supplies
  • Input and management of website data and online stock management
  • Confirming work experience placements and overseeing placements who work in this department.
