Our client is a well-established success story, renowned for delivering high-quality garments across Healthcare, Corporate wear, Workwear, and Sportswear sectors. Due to continued growth, they are looking to strengthen their Customer Services team with a driven and customer-focused professional.

This is a varied role combining customer service excellence with key account management. You will develop a strong understanding of the business and its supply chain, while building and maintaining effective relationships with both internal teams and clients at all levels.

The role of Customer Service / Key Account Manager:

• Deliver a consistently high level of customer service
• Manage and nurture relationships with key Healthcare and University clients
• Engage with prospective colleges to secure partnerships for upcoming academic years
• Oversee account renewals and provide ongoing aftercare for college clients
• Coordinate and support customer deliveries both nationally and internationally
• Place, monitor, and track customer orders
• Manage delivery schedules and resolve any issues efficiently
• Prepare and issue quotations and estimates
• Act as a key point of contact for customer queries, providing effective solutions

What Tagged Resources is looking for:

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar office-based role
• High level of IT literacy, including Excel
• Highly organised with strong logical thinking skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A collaborative team player
• Good standard of education
• ERP system experience is a plus
