We are looking for Customer Service Representative to join our Skinnydip Head Office Customer Service Team. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a natural ability to be proactive. Previous customer service experience in a range of service areas is desired, a warm and approachable personality, paired with a “can do” attitude. You will have effective conflict resolution skills and must be comfortable with a fast paced and service-led environment.


  • First point of contact for business – will include but not limited to; product queries, order placing, web support, complaints, sales support, payments
  • Going above and beyond for customers to improve customer experience with Skinnydip to encourage repeat visitors
  • Communicating with customers across different platforms including email, live chat and social media
  • Assisting with sales, refunds and logistic issues
  • Working with the Customer Success Manager to keep the customer at the heart of the business, promoting customer interests, anticipating their needs, and communicating customer feedback.
  • Maintaining accurate records and noting trends with enquires
  • Managing incoming and outgoing posts and replenishment of the office
  • Preparing meeting rooms for external meetings
  • Front of house (Meet and greet visitors)

What we need from you?

  • Experience in resolving customer requests and enquiries is essential
  • A strong communicator, effectively communicating both verbally and in writing to customers and internal stakeholders in the business
  • Direct experience in a Head Office environment
  • Knowledge of a retail business is advantageous
  • Experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously and be comfortable prioritising your to-do list
  • Confidence in navigating multiple I.T systems
  • Available to work flexible to work shifts when necessary
  • Passionate about all things Skinnydip, you will be a fountain of knowledge to our customers
