Starting asap, Pongees is looking for an enthusiastic, maternity cover Customer Service Representative with an excellent telephone manner to join our customer service team, based at our headquarters in Dartford, Kent.
 
This is a great opportunity to help our fantastic worldwide customers with their fabric orders and work closely with our sampling, warehouse and London showroom teams to deliver the exceptional service for which we are renown.

The main task of the role is to respond to telephone calls and emails from our customers regarding their requirements and dealing with these and any concerns in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:

  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Able to compose grammatically correct emails
  • Conversant with Microsoft Office and online purchasing - Pongees has a transactional website.
  • Aptitude for problem-solving, troubleshooting, time management and multitasking
  • Interest in fashion and textiles

Beneficial:

  • Experience within a similar role would be fantastic but not essential
