An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a talented and proactive Customer Service & Showroom Sales Associate to join our team.  At Bombshell, we pride ourselves on always being able to satisfy the needs of our customers. Providing a luxury service, accurate information, and advice in response to enquiries and showroom sales appointments surrounding Bombshell’s products.

Key responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer queries through emails, letters, phones, live chat and social media.
  • Accountable for daily tasks / reports with the customer services team – warehouse communication, refunds, stock counts and showroom stock management.
  • Deal with, resolve and rectify complaints regarding customer service, delivery queries, and faulty goods.
  • Inbox and Emails – day to day upkeep of Customer Service inbox.
  • Offering styling advice to our customers in their showroom appointments.
  • Drive sales through engagement of our customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
  • Support studio and showroom management.

Your talents:

  • Relevant experience, ideally in a retailer customer services, sales, showroom environment.
  • MS Office proficiency (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), Apple Mac and Google applications.
  • Proactive self-starter with sense of accountability and outgoing personality.
  • Excellent communication and sales skills. You enjoy building rapport with customers, and you have a can-do attitude.
  • Happy to work in a small but dynamic team and demonstrate a strong interest in women’s occasion wear.
