What you'll do:

• Creative Design: Turn client briefs into eye-catching, high-end uniform pieces that reflect their brand and values.
• Sampling and Production: Oversee the transition from concept to finished garment, ensuring quality and timelines are met.
• Client Collaboration: Attend client meetings to gather insights, pitch designs, and bring a creative spark to discussions.
• Supplier Management: Build strong relationships with factories and suppliers, ensuring premium standards.

What you bring:

• Personality: Opinionated, friendly, funny, and slightly weird. You’ll be our creative face in client meetings.
• Design Expertise: Proven experience taking garments from concept through to final production, ideally with bespoke or high-end products.
• Some relevant experience in uniforms, workwear or tailoring
• Ambition: Ready to sacrifice now for a future where you own part of a profitable, industry-leading company.

It's important that applicants understand that they are applying for a co-founder role. This opportunity would mean that you would not be a salaried employee at first and would be working part-time to gain shares in a growing company. The other co-founder would also not be paid. We would aim to start taking salaries at a point further down the line.
