We are looking for an experienced Designer & Production Manager to join our team.  Suitable applicants will share the Unknown vision & have a strong understanding of garment construction.  Applicants must have the means to commute to and from our office in Dalston.

The role:

  • Developing production-ready tech packs 
  • Communicating daily with our factories based in China and Japan
  • Design input to improve new products
  • Building accurate size charts for all items
  • Manage production schedules and on-time delivery of new samples
  • Logistics management - organised log of incoming & outgoing deliveries to our warehouse
  • Research and be educated on new clothing trends, print techniques & detailing options
  • General office duties

Requirements:

  • 2 years' relevant experience
  • High understanding of garment construction & fabric technology for both menswear & womenswear
  • Very experienced in Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Highly organised
  • Strong experience with Excel
  • Strong understanding of the Unknown brand, vision & target customer
