Donatella Balsamo is looking for a highly organised, proactive, creative right-hand to support the founder of an independent jewellery brand across brand operations, e-commerce, partnerships, and digital growth.

This is a varied role for someone who loves both creative brand-building and operational execution — someone equally comfortable refining a Shopify product page, drafting a Mailchimp newsletter, creating lookbooks, or reaching out to potential stockists.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to work closely with a founder and play a meaningful role in helping grow an emerging brand.

What the Development & Operations Manager will be doing:

• Managing and updating our Shopify website
• Uploading products, refining product pages, and supporting with stock inventory
• Assisting with newsletter creation and email marketing through Mailchimp
• Supporting Instagram planning and social media content scheduling
• Researching and reaching out to stockists, consultants, and relevant brand partners
• Helping coordinate launches, campaigns, and key brand initiatives
• Providing day-to-day admin support to the founder (basic knowledge on wholesale pricing/margin calculations)

What Donatella Balsamo is looking for:

• Experience in managing, uploading products and stock inventory on Shopify 
• Experience assisting with email marketing through Mailchimp
