The Place London is looking for a motivated, flexible Digital Coordinator to join our team in our independent boutique on South Molton Street, Mayfair.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves the world of luxury fashion and enjoys blending creativity with precision.  The successful applicant will be at the heart of our online presence — updating our e-commerce platforms, crafting beautiful newsletters, and collaborating with the boutique team to create engaging and consistent digital content.

You’ll also be working closely with our French online shop, so French language skills are a plus.  If you are passionate about fashion, design, and digital communication, this might be just the job for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update our online store (Shopify & Farfetch Storm) with new products, images, and descriptions
  • Create visually appealing weekly newsletters and digital campaigns that reflect the brand’s aesthetic
  • Collaborate with the in-store team to plan, create, and schedule engaging social media posts (mainly Instagram)
  • Design digital materials for events, seasonal campaigns, and promotions
  • Carry out basic image editing and ensure all visuals are on-brand and high quality
  • Support in coordinating online sales and promotions
  • Liaise with the French team to ensure consistent branding across both markets
  • Remain actively engaged with what happens in the boutique

Requirements:

  • Knowledgeable in luxury fashion.
  • Experience using Shopify
  • A team player who enjoys working collaboratively
  • Proficient with Photoshop or similar image editing tools
  • Open-minded and receptive — takes constructive feedback positively and offers thoughtful, creative input in return
  • A strong sense of style, brand awareness, and attention to detail
  • Comfortable balancing creative tasks with organised, methodical e-commerce management
  • Written communication and visual presentation skills
  • Based in London

Bonus:

  • Experience in fashion or lifestyle marketing and content creation
  • Familiarity with Farfetch Storm and newsletter platforms, e.g. Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.
  • Understanding of social media analytics and scheduling tools, e.g. Later, Planoly, Meta Suite, etc.
  • Basic French language skills
