You will:

Your principal accountability would be to provide support to the Digital Engagement & Communications team across the portfolio of Luxury Designer Fragrance brands, and in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day business. 

  • Ordering of product, post and couriers & managing online and print press cuttings
  • Managing product mail outs on request
  • Management of media lists, including bloggers, vloggers 
  • Handling press call-ins & liaising with journalists and social media contacts
  • Build influencer relationships from multiple brand perspectives, across all tiers of influencer
  • Monitoring newspapers, magazines and all social content for brand coverage and competitor activity, scanning all media relevant articles for distribution for teams
  • Compiling weekly coverage reports to share with the wider business unit
  • Support with a wide range of events, sometimes running simultaneously across brands, including booking travel, organising product and assets and assisting with event management on the day
  • Supporting with Retail Social Media to ensure launches are supported across all retailers
