Role Summary

Sitting in the Digital Marketing team, reporting into the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will assist with the management of the Paid Social channel. You will be managing the day to day relationship with our 3rd party agency, helping to develop and execute marketing campaigns by driving Revenue & New Customers to our site through Social channels.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Run daily/weekly/monthly reports and record daily channel performance
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to manage the EU Paid Social budgets & demand forecasts
  • Manage the day to day relationship with 3rd party agency. Ensuring channel is on track to achieve monthly FC and they are up to date with any promos or campaign launches etc.
  • Work closely with the Creative Marketing team to ensure all assets are briefed in and completed ahead of launch date across all channels, then shared with relevant agencies
  • Manage Paid Social invoicing and monthly budget docs
  • Research and propose additional marketing opportunities through new Social channels to grow brand awareness and acquire new customers
  • Produce ad-hoc channel reports to analyze performance with channel managers to identify opportunities and reduce inefficiencies
  • Support the Digital Marketing Team on any adhoc projects. E.g. App testing, competitor analysis etc

What You’ll Need:

  • Relevant social experience
  • Analytical and data-driven
  • Experience working for a lifestyle or apparel brand
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with many teams including peers in the NA office
  • Collaborator, able to digest and implement global strategies in the European market
