The successful candidate will be responsible for all RUIFIER’s Digital marketing activities as well as managing and maintaining the brand’s social media presence 
You will be working hands on in Search and Social, we are looking for someone very strong in PPC, paid Social and Adwords.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be accountable for traffic and sales driven through paid search (PPC)
  • Optimize web content to increase traffic and improve SEO
  • Use bidding tools to continuously optimise paid media campaigns, whilst maintaining a good return on investment within the allocated budget.
  • Reporting on paid media performance weekly
  • Work with our affiliate network to grow the affiliate traffic and revenue in EU by identifying opportunities for growth with existing publishers as well as by sourcing new partners.
  • To ensure the affiliates are using the right message, landing page and creative asset
  • Co-ordinate the creation of campaign assets internally
  • Identify innovative ways to connect with local consumers based on market insights, identifying key cultural trends and opportunities for newness and ensuring all team strategies are integrated.
  • Research new and exciting ideas and ad formats that drive traffic and sales short term or long term
  • You will be in charge of email marketing and coming up with ideas and strategies to increase existing data
  • Achieve monthly sale targets, maximising full potential of brand globally

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have at least 2 years’ experience running Paid Search
  • You will be a self-starter and have a proven track record of dramatically improving traffic, CPA and ROAS from online paid media channels.
  • Full working knowledge and hands on experience of SEO and Paid Search strategies and campaigns
  • You come from an PPC / display background from either in-house or agency side preferably from a B2C ecommerce company.
  • Direct experience with analytics tools including Adobe Analytics/Omniture or Google Analytics is a plus
  • Excellent negotiation, time management and project management skills.
  • The ability to autonomously identify opportunities, generate ideas, formulate strategies and make decisions.
  • The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Acute analytical skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
