About: Established in 2019 by Isabella Weatherby, Peachy Den weaves comfort with playful styles and colours in a range of slinky basics. Based in South London, Peachy Den is committed to manufacturing the garments locally and responsibly by a small team in Balham.
We are looking for a creative, positive and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to join the Peachy Den team. This is a unique opportunity to be the first employee to lead this department and help disrupt the fashion category with fresh ideas; reporting directly to the Founder.
Key responsibilities
Develop, execute and maintain a brand strategy and marketing strategy for each product drop
Research, conceptualise, create and schedule dynamic editorial and social fashion content that promotes audience interaction. Content to be used for the brand website and social media channels as well as to provide assets to the PR team. Content to include video, animations, written and digital imagery
Raise the fashion authority of Peachy Den by developing a roster of new collaborators
Develop, execute and maintain seasonal content calendars, including the 360 Communications calendar and social media calendars work analytically in planning wider marketing initiatives aligning special projects with key brand objectives
Oversee all brand communication ensuring to maintain tone of voice
Upload & maintain all products within our website. Make recommendations on potential changes to the website & social media content to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
Prepare copy and visuals for customer comms such as monthly newsletters and new product launches
Create engaging ads on socials to maximise audience reach - you will have expertise in identifying consumer target groups for ads
Oversee daily, weekly and monthly content, paid media and email reporting and evaluation
Propose and help create fresh opportunities, unique content, brand partnerships and messaging that achieves cut-through in a crowded market to set the brand apart and staying ahead of the curve
Discovering newness and staying up-to-date with digital technology, emerging platforms and trends
Be a brand ambassador on and offline - building relationships with customers, prospective customers and industry professionals
Ensure projects are completed with high quality, on schedule and on brand
Required skills / experience:
At least 5 years' experience within a digital marketing team
Excellent knowledge and appreciation of the fashion, culture and arts landscape
Proven experience creating high quality, engaging content with a good eye for visuals
Demonstrate a passion for and understanding of Peachy Den to help build the brand personality
Full of positive energy with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent written and verbal English, excellent copyrighting skills
Excellent Photoshop or equivalent skills Proficient using Adobe Suite, InDesign or equivalent digital design platforms to edit/prepare images for web
Excellent knowledge of Mailer systems, Facebook Business Manager, gif making and video editing
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Extensive knowledge of emerging digital platforms
Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics – core understanding of website traffic, and online customer engagement metrics
