The role

As a Digital Project Assistant at TOPSHOP TOPMAN you will be reporting into the Project Manager and will be responsible for testing and managing the support process for TOPSHOP TOPMAN digital platforms.

You will work closely with the wider Digital team, IT and development teams, Creative and with Project teams across other Arcadia Brands.

Day-to-day:

  • Responsible for the QA process of all new functionality and bug fixes across all TOPSHOP TOPMAN platforms.
  • Manage ticketing process for all support tickets.
  • Key liaison with Arcadia systems and wider digital teams for live production issues and bug fix implementation.
  • Test execution whilst liaising with the IT team to understand technical solutions.
  • Taking responsibility for ensuring site updates and bug fixes launch on time and accurately across all platforms.
  • Resolving any issues in an effective manner and prioritising based on customer impact.
  • Managing and communicating risks and issues effectively across TOPSHOP TOPMAN Digital.
  • Complete daily site checks and manage actions.
  • Assist Project Manager on development tickets across all platforms, including UAT and QA.
  • Support the delivery of small-scale web builds and site improvements.
  • Understand TOPSHOP TOPMAN customers and how they interact with our platforms.
  • Collaborate across TOPSHOP TOPMAN, Group Digital, IT and other Arcadia Brands.
  • Work with other teams and management to ensure all processes are followed and suggest changes in order to improve efficiencies.
  • Supporting Project Manager and Coordinator with ad hoc requests and wider responsibilities when required.
  • Demonstrating innovative ideas which support business growth.
  • Enjoys working in a fast paced, high energy environment.

Must haves:

  • Passion for the TOPSHOP TOPMAN Brands and strong customer knowledge.
  • Experience with Project Management in a digital environment.
  • Experience working with mobile and device applications.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with key business areas.
  • Ability to confidently communicate with external teams effectively to coordinate assets and resolve issues.
  • Able to demonstrate the ability to stay positive under pressure and stay focused on goals.
  • Highly organized, exceptional time management skills, an eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Display flexibility and adaptability to the changing needs of a growing department and industry.
  • Able to independently manage workflow and prioritise tasks in order to meet competing and changing deadlines.
