As one of the fastest-growing streetwear collectives in the UK, we are now opening up a new position of Digital & Social Media Manager.  You are ready to thrive managing a dynamic and ambitious team and drive ground-breaking content which inspires and excites our growing community.  You are incredibly passionate about being a key part of the NAMED collective team and having a huge impact on the continued elevation of all elements of the brand vision! 

In addition to managing a growing team, your main responsibilities and duties will be:

  • Work with the Creative Director to ideate, create and plan the digital and social media strategy across our owned, paid and earned channels, specifically Instagram and TikTok
  • Manage the social team to ensure the strategy is executed to the highest possible level
  • Ideate and generate copy for all key digital and social channels, specifically instagram and newsletters
  • Approve all scheduled content ensuring copy and imagery is in line with the brand identity, tone-of-voice and social strategy
  • Ensure content is tailored per platform and distributed effectively to maximise reach and engagement
  • Work to improve SEO for our websites and digital platforms by utilising audience segmentation, analysis and targeting
  • Gain insights using measurement tools including Google Analytics, social media management and email platforms, making recommendations for campaign optimisation
  • Manage web development projects to enhance user experience and journeys to increase online conversions
  • Identifying new and emerging channel opportunities to grow the brand in key markets
  • Analyse and translate performance, market trends, data, consumer needs and the competitive landscape into actionable insights that increase performance across our key channels
  • Build and maintain an understanding of industry trends to make informed recommendations on digital and social marketing briefs
  • Oversee effective influencer, PR campaigns and activations, working closely with partners where necessary
  • Manage the social media budget and ensure spend is aligned with the financial plan
  • Manage, develop and inspire your direct team and work collaboratively across our other teams, sharing knowledge, tools and best practices

What We Are Looking For: 

  • A genuine love for the brand and understanding of our mission!
  • 4 years' minimum similar role experience
  • 2 years' minimum team management experience
  • Proven track record of excellent team leadership 
  • Excellent project management skills, demonstrating experience of successful strategic planning, analytical decision making and delivering projects on time and in full
  • Strong understanding of key digital channels (primarily e-commerce, Instagram, Tiktok, Pinterest) to ensure content is delivered with channel best-practice in mind
  • Depth of experience managing multiple campaigns across the owned, paid and earned channels 
  • Strong strategic voice and analytical skills to ensure creative, formats and plans are optimised for platforms to drive scale and engagement
  • Proven copywriting ability and be able to take a brand tone of voice and produce social copy for content calendars 
  • Obsessed with trends and creating culture and trends through format, design and content-led experimentation
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, creative environment, with a record of delivering successful projects in a timely manner
  • Highly organised, self-sufficient with an ability to prioritise and drive multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience developing and implementing effective processes and ways of working 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Based in London
  • Eligible to work in the UK
