We have a great opportunity to join the Digital Trading Team as a Digital Trading Admin Assistant who is available immediately. 

The responsibilities of the role include managing product and content launches across the UK & International markets online, keeping key categories up to date and supporting the Digital Trading Team with analysis & reporting.

Key areas of responsibility:

Delivery of the day to day trading stance and updating of all site touchpoints through the CMS (Content Management System) including the Homepage, category banners, landing pages and global navigation

  • Owner of the CMS for weekly site updates including Homepage & category banners for both trade and campaign launches. Coordinating this activity will be a key part of this role. Activity will include both business as usual and bigger onsite activity such as SALE, Black Friday and other seasonal promotions throughout the year
  • Create weekly site updates tasks within our project management tool Asana and brief in to the Content Coordinator for asset delivery and ensure all updates are met for all Karenmillen.com websites
  • Ensure navigation facets remain accurate and up-to-date at all times to reflect current ranges and trading activity
  • Responsible for creating and updating onsite categories as and when required
  • Support the wider teams with QA testing across all channels & devices in line with site update deadlines

Product and stock optimisation

  • Manage online product launches and launch process; ensuring products have the required data and imagery to launch on time, and if not work to resolve any issues as quickly as possible to optimise sales on the site

Continuous site improvements

  • Ensure the smooth delivery of the day-to-day activities through search & browse making sure our customer journeys are fit for purpose, well merchandised and on brand
  • Perform end to end site checks across all devices and correct any errors with support from the Development Team

Analysis and reporting:

  • Support the production of daily, weekly and other ad hoc reports for the Digital Trading Team
  • Analyse the best/worst sellers along with under/over performing products to ensure our online availability is always in a good place
  • Conduct specialized sales performance KPI reviews on Sales by time period, Average Order Value, Conversion Rate and Stock level metrics

  • Demonstrates logical thinking and excellent attention to detail along with a proactive approach to problem solving
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and team working skills
  • Analytical skills with a passion for data and numbers
  • The ability to perform under pressure and work effectively in a fast paced environment
  • The capability to prioritise their workload effectively and meet deadlines
  • Experience using excel and other insight reporting tools
  • A customer centric attitude to service
