People Marketing's client, a well-established, premium womenswear brand with a growing creative team in central London, is recruiting a creative, fashion-forward designer to focus mainly on dresses.

Working closely with the head of product and the brand founder, the successful candidate will be responsible for creative design direction that delivers inspirational collections in line with their beautiful, feminine handwriting.

This role is 100% office–based in central London.

Womenswear Designer, Dresses - Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing beautiful, feminine and commercial ranges.
• Manage the design and development process from initial concept to final samples in collaboration with the in-house PD team.
• Collate trend research in line with the handwriting of the brand.

Womenswear Designer, Dresses - The Candidate:

• Experience in Women's premium or luxury apparel design, in particular, dresses.
• Strong hand illustration and CAD skills.
• Exceptional garment construction and technical knowledge.
• Commercial product design and a feminine handwriting.
• A confident communicator able to present at all levels and build relationships.
