As an E-Commerce Executive, you will manage the company e-commerce platforms, ensuring they meet the business needs and provide value, whilst maintaining and enhancing Disturbia’s reputation and ethics.

Key Responsibilities

General:

  • Update, schedule and manage on-site content, inclusive of all website banners, landing pages, product content and more across multiple regions.
  • Prepare curate and implement on site promotions and season launches, inclusive of discount codes, product curation, collection, and page management across multiple regions.
  • Daily and weekly sales reporting across products, regions, platforms, and payment methods.
  • Daily analysis, and curation of all products on site including navigation, visual merchandising, product imagery and copy.
  • Managing the online product catalogue, handling all product creation and associated attributes and product tags.
  • Daily site walking for site optimisation.
  • Reporting on competitor analysis and campaign performance, providing wash-up presentations for continual improvement.
  • Assist in online development projects and testing.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service and Social Media teams to ensure an aligned customer focused strategy across all platforms.

  • Regularly uses data and analytics to guide choices, not gut instinct alone. 
  • Seeks evidence before committing to a narrative or idea.

  • Proactively explores new tools, platforms, and approaches. 
  • Encourages experimentation and “safe-to-fail” testing environments. 
  • Tests early and learns fast.

  • Takes responsibility for outcomes, both good and bad

  • Avoids blame culture, focuses on learning and improvement. 

Profile:

  • At least 2 years' experience in an e-commerce role
  • The ability to work independently, and collaboratively with multiple business area.
  • A proactive nature with an impeccable eye for detail.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately whilst under pressure.
  • Effective communication and presentation skill set.
  • Ability to triage and practice with commercial awareness and independence.
