The Opportunity
The Ecommerce Executive is responsible for ensuring that online sales and conversion opportunities are always maximised across the Nip+Fab website through analysis and insight to drive the business forward.
The role assists in the day to day operational management of the Nip+Fab website, management of key third-party agencies and of the on-sight customer journey. This is a key role in the Ecommerce team, ensuring all digital activations and supporting processes are followed and delivered appropriately according to the relevant critical paths. A multidisciplinary role, the Ecommerce Executive also plays an important role in the continuous optimisation of the customer journey.
