About: LF Markey is a fashion label based in East London. We stock in high end boutiques internationally and in our own e-commerce store.

LF Markey is on the lookout for full-time instore E-commerce and Customer service Assistant to join our team. The role will require you to be hands-on and straddle many different tasks across the retail operations. Hence we are looking for someone responsible and reliable; enthusiastic, motivated and willing to take their own initiative! This is an instore position, which means you will be simultanously serving as a sales assistant. 

Role Overview:

  • Driving in-store sales.
  • Establishing and maintaining client relationships.
  • Assisting in operational tasks.
  • Creating an environment that aligns with the brand’s aesthetic.

Responsibilities

Sales and Customer Service:

  • Build and maintain a loyal client base
  • First point of contact on escalating all customer service issues – liaising with warehouse teams and courier companies
  • Monitoring consumables levels at both warehouses and in store
  • Replying to customer service emails
  • Processing returns and exchanges in store and online 
  • Monitoring online orders
  • Communicating the LF Markey’s aesthetic.
  • Ensuring all sales related policies and procedures are maintained.

Operations:

  • Ability to multi-task
  • Demonstrating excellent communication skills both with clients and team.
  • Adheres to work schedule, inclusive of time and attendance.
  • Supports operational tasks such as shipments and transfers.
  • Ensures the selling floor is maintained and reflecting the correct visual image.
  • Communicates inventory needs.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must have a minimum of 1 years sales assistant experience.
  • Energetic, confident personality mixed with a strong work ethic.
  • Dynamic interpersonal and communications skills both verbal and written
  • Exceptional time management skills, high level of ownership, and self-awareness.
  • Must be able to process deliveries.
