The Company:

An Ecommerce Assistant Manager is needed to join a highly successful, global company supplying to high street retailers and supermarkets.  The company supply a wide range of products and are looking for someone to join their dynamic team.  You will assist with the day to day running of the ecommerce team and manage online project activity. You will work closely with the other team members and stakeholders to plan and deliver web based projects as well as improving internal procedures. The working hours are Monday to Friday 9 am - 5 pm.  The ideal candidate will have 3 years experience in a similar role and be passionate about fashion.
                                                      
The Role:

  • Be the direct point of contact between the external development agency and internal listing team.
  • Constantly evaluate processes to determine where to improve efficiencies and make suggestions/plans to do so.
  • Plan and execute housekeeping tasks, such as data cleansing and testing.
  • Overseeing marketplace sales (eBay/Amazon).
  • Recommending streams for growth and improvements.
  • Assist in the management and development of the rest of the team, including design, marketing and product functions.
  • Manage business requirements by allocating duties to internal team members and external agencies by scheduling campaign updates.
  • Partner with the third-party fulfilment house, customer services and planning teams to ensure consistent communication of events and initiatives across channels.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly business reports.
  • Support technical changes on website through participation in user testing and development of business requirements.
  • Other duties as requested.

 
Skills Required:

  • Must have 3 years experience in a similar role.
  • A Degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong computer/technical skills will be required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Magento, Volo and Bronto.
  • Be organised, motivated and flexible.
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
  • Time management, planning and organisational skills in order to prioritise workload.
  • The ability to work under pressure and cope with tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
