The person

This is a wonderful opportunity for someone with a strong generalist ability in IT and entry level experience in ECommerce (or an interest in Ecommerce) to develop skills through their support of the ECommerce team in a fast paced retail environment. The right person for this role will enjoy all things digital, and have high levels of accuracy, consistency and very strong attention to detail. You will also need to have excellent communication skills, working as part of this busy team to achieve its goals; with a proactive and positive attitude to tasks.

The role

You will be working across a variety of the core Ecommerce systems. You will assist the Operations Manager with order monitoring in Dynamics and Prism systems: checking orders that might get trapped in both systems and release/cancel (error report, screening); flag irregular orders for further checks; carry out credit checks; flag orders that have not been processed at the warehouses (pick/dispatch)

Reporting is also key to the role, which will assist the Operations Manager with maintaining updated reports and logs on PF/AF orders, declined orders, undelivered orders; manage the section in weekly ops report relating to failed orders and AF and PF orders; circulate the weekly ops report in the absence of Ops manager.

Assist Operations Manager with system housekeeping: shipping/cancelling itesm in the system, , manage returned items sent back from the warehouse,

The role is one where good relationships and understanding can and must be developed across the business, particularly working with Customer Services (giving regular reports, manaing mailing to customers) and Merchandising (liaising about quality of goods) and the Ecommerce team by responding to requests, and processing tasks on a regular basis.

The package

The role is office based, with very occasional travel to photo shoots. The working hours are 9:30-6pm, condensed and alternative working hours are considered. You will be eligible for the standard staff benefit package, including a wide range of perks and salary sacrifice or scheme benefits.
