Agent Provocateur is seeking an Ecommerce Coordinator to be part of the fast-paced Ecommerce/Digital team.

You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of the Agent Provocateur and L’Agent websites with product and trading activities, also helping to coordinate activity across all digital marketing channels to achieve overall department objectives.

The right person for this role will enjoy all things digital, and have high levels of accuracy, consistency and strong attention to detail. Excellent communication skills are essential in this busy team with a proactive and positive attitude.

Main responsibilities:

Website Responsibilities:

  • Management of the product lifecycle and website content in line with launches, campaigns and marketing initiatives including banners, homepages, landing pages, products and attributes.
  • Assist in product and category trading themes/planning for both brands.
  • Manage and activate the onsite visual merchandising strategy.
  • Briefing design and development teams on planned homepages in the trading calendar to keep the team’s workflow moving.
  • Support the team on ecommerce product photography and content.
  • Activate product recommendations to improve UX and revenue.
  • Daily website checks looking for areas to improve, fix or optimise.

Digital Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Testing emails where necessary within the ESP platform for delivery across all global markets and customer segments.
  • Collaboratively working across the digital marketing team to assist, support and optimise all channels in a seamless manner, including ensuring consistency of content, accuracy and timing of activity.
  • Offer insight and recommendations to develop the Agent Provocateur digital marketing activity and programmes.
  • Assisting in Email and Social content brief creation.
  • Responsible for Affiliate order validations, publisher approvals and maintaining the affiliate inbox, ensuring all queries are answered in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for Product feed maintenance and management.
  • Coordination and execution of the L’Agent Social calendar and Affiliate communications plan.

Reporting:

  • Contribute to daily and weekly sales reporting for the department.
  • Provide observations and context to sales, user behaviour and trading patterns.
  • Assist in web analytics and digital marketing data dives that keep the ecommerce business moving forward, identifying new opportunities both globally and in local markets.
  • Seasonal trend analysis for sites performance and benchmarking the industry.
  • Monitor competitor activity on a regular basis.

General Ecommerce Responsibilities:

  • Work with all Ecommerce Coordinators to improve the digital experience and user journey from channel to checkout.
  • Contribute to ecommerce trading and digital marketing discussions for content and campaigns and to weekly meetings.
  • Collaborate with the Russian Franchise team weekly to update digital assets, imagery and content.
  • Work effectively with internal teams across AP HQ and external suppliers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Champion a luxury digital experience.
  • Any other duties as required by ecommerce management.

Qualifications

  • Three A’ Level passes, plus five good GCSE passes (A-C), including Maths and English
  • Bachelors’ degree in a related field
  • Professional qualifications

Experience

  • At least 1-2 year’s Ecommerce Trading and/or Digital Marketing experience.
  • Ecommerce platform experience is essential - Magento Enterprise experience preferable.
  • General Digital channel experience (SEO, PPC, Email, Affiliates, Display and Social Media).
  • Knowledge of online merchandising practices for accurate stock and sales analysis.
  • Analytical skills for accurate reporting.
  • Understanding of new and established digital marketing channels and onsite behaviour industry trends.
  • Fashion/Luxury sector experience
  • Retail sector experience

Knowledge & Skills

  • Knowledge of technical elements of email marketing (HTML & Dynamic content creation) would be beneficial.
  • Proficient in excel and ecommerce analytics packages, e.g. Omniture, Google Analytics.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and prioritise effectively to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to work confidently with internal and external teams.
  • Excellent attention to detail – someone who takes care to ensure accuracy down to the smallest detail.
  • Passionate about ecommerce and digital marketing.
  • Analytical with a commercial outlook and creative appreciation.
  • Strong computer and IT skills
