We’re a high-growth ecommerce brand with a global customer base, and we’re looking for a talented and ambitious ecommerce and email marketing professional to join our team.

We’re looking for an excellent communicator with a positive, solutions-focused attitude who’ll bring a laser-sharp focus to all of the details and processes that are involved in delivering a world-class ecommerce experience.  The successful applicant will be an expert user of both Shopify and Klaviyo and know your way around these platforms like the back of your hand.  Reporting to our Digital Director, the Ecommerce & Email Marketing Executive will take a proactive approach to continually improving content and performance across our website and email marketing – and you’ll work closely with our marketing and customer experience teams to achieve this.

The skills/experience and skills we’re looking for include:

• At least 3 years of experience in ecommerce and email marketing roles
• At least 1 year of experience with Shopify and Klaviyo
• Talent for online merchandising, with a track record of building high-performing homepages, landing pages, PLPs, PDPs and email campaigns
• Advanced understanding of email list-building and customer segmentation
• Up-to-date knowledge of SEO best practices, product feeds, and data and analytics tools including GA4
• Outstanding attention to detail – able to spot errors in product copy and to maintain accuracy across details such as stock levels and multi-currency pricing
• able to monitor technical performance, with an aptitude for spotting bugs and solving technical problems
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a high standard of spoken and written English
• Flexible mindset – quick to understand business needs and plan / adapt accordingly
• Strong interest in working for an innovative and future-facing clothing brand.
