The Lounge family is growing! We are looking for an Ecommerce executive to help join the team that oversees multiple stores for Lounge across the Shopify Plus platform. We are looking for someone who can learn and grow to aid the department in managing the performance of our Shopify plus stores.  We would like you to support product launches and target specific markets, whilst considering key peaks throughout the year!

 You will be responsible for the creation, publishing, merchandising and optimisation of all digital content across each of our eCommerce sites.

This an exciting opportunity within an innovative, well-rounded and passionate eCommerce team to start your eCommerce journey or to further enhance your existing experience in a nurturing and progressive environment. This role is ideal for someone who has a basic understanding of eCommerce and what it entails whilst being driven to learn, grow and progress as an integral part of an ambitious, motivated and fast paced brand.

What you will do at Lounge:

  • Ensuring that the site's product catalogues are up to date with current campaigns and merchandising strategies.
  • Ensuring all on-site banners, promotions and product merchandising is aligned with marketing campaigns and business goals.
  • Liaising with the buying, operations and merchandising team on new product deliveries, promotions and sale periods. 
  • Working closely with our development and UX/UI teams to support the continuous and constant improvement of our eCommerce presence across territories. 
  • Supporting the customer service team with daily tasks and resolving product issues highlighted in line with improving overall customer experience. 
  • Daily website audits to ensure that site is optimised and performing to its full potential.
  • Be responsible and accountable for on site product and content. Whilst being reactive and making on site amendments efficiently and with confidence.

We would love it if you: 

  • Have an understanding of eCommerce as an industry and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google applications.
  • Have pride in what you do with extremely strong attention to detail.
  • Are passionate about eCommerce, digital marketing and technology.
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced team and environment. 
  • Are a fast learner and hungry to push yourself to constantly improve. 
  • Have experience working with Shopify Plus or another eCommerce platform.
  • Working across/with multiple departments to establish clear goals and visions for eCommerce and how we can leverage the skills of one another to enhance performance.
