Through our collaborator model and in-house garment design, we create unique collections for all occasions and we're looking for an E-commerce Executive to join our team.

This role is based in our Manchester office with a requirement to be in the office 4x per week.

The difference you'll make:

Our eCommerce team is responsible for ensuring all products are available online, in time for our launches. Working with our merchandising & buying and studio teams, you'll play a huge role in showcasing the ITS product in the best way for our customers. This is an important role within the E-commerce team, with a varied workload across all key e-commerce functions, and a cross-over into UK and international trading.

Your most important tasks:

• Creation and uploading of accurate product listings, in line with timelines as dictated by wider business.
• Visual merchandising of the site, prioritising the process by stock, sales, category, and seasonality.
• Supporting e-commerce activities such as product information, pricing, category listings, homepage & category content management.
• Content creation to support wider business activities, including homepage assets and international sites.
• Continuously improve the user experience on our e-commerce platform to enhance customer satisfaction and increase conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the web development team to implement site improvements and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Forming a close working relationship with the merchandising team to ensure the websites and app are always accurate and reflect our strongest trading position.
• Monitor key e-commerce metrics and generate reports to evaluate the performance of the online store.
• Plan and implement promotions, discounts, and special offers to boost sales and customer loyalty.

Knowledge skills and experience:

• Understanding of seasonality and key trends.
• An eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency across data.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Following briefs to keep up to date with trading plans for UK, international sites, and apps.
• Good communication with other departments is critical; change requests can come in from any part of the business at any time.
• Familiarity with the Shopify e-commerce platform, Google Analytics & Adobe Photoshop would be beneficial but not essential.
