Founded in 2013 in East London, NICCE has quickly established itself as a leading casual brand and are currently looking to further expand its Ecommerce division.  As the Nicce Ecommerce Manager, you will be supporting the Head of E Commerce in all Ecommerce activations.


  • Managing all day to day elements of our ecommerce platform.
  • Project management of all technical projects for the website and their prioritisation in line with company objectives.
  • Develop online sales via improved high conversion rates, strong customer engagement, high brand awareness, high basket value and reduced basket abandonment rate and bounces and assist with improving costumer journey.
  • Management of external developers’ workload in line with development roadmap.
  • Manage Shopify app trouble shooting process.
  • Manage Shopify product upload process from gathering product information to pushing live to site.
  • Take ownership of all technical aspects of the website (front end, back end, design, functionality, order processing, integration, page load speed, checkout/basket, payment gateway, server and all other technical aspects).
  • Work closely with our buying, merchandising and marketing teams to deliver increased conversion rates and a simple/non-confusing customer journey through all pages and all promotions.
  • A/B testing of website taking decisive action based on findings.
  • Extensive Analysis of Google analytics data, heatmaps data, customer journey/funnels.
  • Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (such as traffic, conversion rate, cart abandonment, bounces, speed, AOV and any other metrics which the e-commerce manager can influence that impact revenue and conversion rates) and general website performance.
  • Analysing usability and the behaviour of customers, ensuring the journey through the website is as efficient and effective as possible.
  • Carry out regular quantitative and qualitative research on customers to understand our conversion data using surveys, polls, heatmaps and recordings.
  • Ensure website is always operational, transactional and taking payments.
  • Ensure all content/information on site is 100% accurate.
  • Ensure site is remerchandised regularly using sales metrics and marketing campaigns to inform decisions.
  • Ensure that the customer data that we hold and handle is secure and that we are compliant with regulations.
  • Ensure that we are protected against threats (attacks, viruses, etc).
  • Managing third party relationships (development agency / Site search).
  • Work with warehouse, customer service and data team to improve our delivery service and review regularly with other stakeholders in the business (MD, warehouse, operations manager, buyers and marketing).
  • Brief in creative to graphics team when needed.
  • Manage the Ecommerce intern.
  • Naturally very organised with an enthusiasm for best in class work. 
Key Skills:
  • Experience of Shopify Plus platform vital.
  • Advanced level of experience of working with Excel and Word
  • Demonstrate an ability to develop successful strategies across multiple platforms
  • Strong communication skills across various departments and functions and at varying seniority levels from assistant to CEO
  • Proven track record of developing and executing strategies while ensuring all key stakeholders are updated and part of the process
  • Have both a strong creative flair with an acute commercial and analytical acumen with exceptional ability to inspire and get the best out of others
  • Ability to use Adobe creative suite is not essential but is preferred.
  • Ability to use light HTML coding is not essential but is preferred.
