Edeline Lee is looking for a highly organised Studio Assistant to help run the day-to-day production of high-volume ecommerce photography, from shoot through to final delivery. Shooting our ecommerce product library and building a streamlined in-house studio workflow.  The studio is already set up with lighting and a consistent shooting system in place.

This is a production and execution role rather than a purely creative role, but it does include hands-on image work.  This is a junior-level role, not a senior retouching or photography position.

Responsibilities of the Studio Assistant:

• Run and coordinate daily studio workflow for large volumes of garments
• Organise and track thousands of SKUs through shoot and post-production
• Assist in product preparation and studio set-up alongside the photographer
• Manage file naming, versioning, and image selection
• Carry out basic retouching (clean-up, background consistency, minor corrections)
• Or coordinate external retouching where needed (AI tools or retouching partners)
• Ensure consistency across product variants, colours, and repeats
• Maintain structured archiving and delivery into ecommerce systems

What Edeline Lee is looking for:

• confident using Photoshop or similar tools for basic retouching
• Extremely organised and comfortable working at scale with repetitive workflows
• Strong attention to detail, especially with consistency and accuracy
• Comfortable in a fast-paced production environment
• Good spreadsheet and file management skills
• Interest in fashion ecommerce and studio production
