LRP is a leading fashion e-Commerce studio producing digital imagery and video content for world-class fashion brands.  Operating from our London studios in the heart of Hackney our team includes Product Coordinators, Photography, Video, and Retouch, each with a department lead. We run a smooth and well-established system of operations working several client accounts simultaneously.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, talented E-Commerce Studio Manager to join our studio.  You will be ultimately responsible for the coordination of all LRP teams to meet daily and weekly deadlines, troubleshooting daily issues that may arise while ensuring exceptional quality and delivering above and beyond client expectations.

​​You’ll have eyes on all elements of the studio process, working closely with the studio team and Directors to ensure the studio runs to schedule. Overseeing day-to-day operations, you’ll be the team’s go-to person throughout the day, resolving maintenance and technical queries. Working in collaboration with our Heads of departments, you’ll manage freelance bookings, maintain positive relationships with our clients, and bring together the studio each day to work as a team, whilst carefully monitoring shoot schedules and deadlines. 

You’ll be a quick-thinking problem-solver, continuously looking for ways to improve how the studio runs. With no two days the same, it’s a great opportunity to develop logistical skills and be part of the team that produces iconic imagery.
Strong organizational skills, initiative, and an ability to oversee smooth product flow are essential. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide complete support for the LRP Production MD oversight of the LRP teams whilst growing quickly in the role to take on increasing responsibilities within a very short time frame allowance.
  • Set and commit to daily, weekly and monthly goals for development in the role to achieve the level of progress required quickly leading to full responsibility and oversight for the workflow output of all studio teams.
  • Translate instructions and develop a deep understanding of current and future LRP client and studio requirements.

  • Ensure smooth movement of samples through the Studio Production teams, with respect to deadlines, quality, and accuracy.
  • Managing projects from pre to post-production stage – working with teams of photographers, retouchers, glam, and stylists while reporting back to LRP Directors.
  • Work with the Team Heads to plan and produce both weekly and daily studio schedules to meet deadlines including special projects.
  • Prepare and manage shoot schedules, timelines, budgets and shoot briefs. Ensure all are adhered to and jobs are delivered on brief and on time.
  • Brief shoot and post-production teams for all accounts; ensure that creative guidelines, style guides, and briefs are created and followed.
  • Assist on new enquiries and help source HMU artists, stylists, external studio bookings, and models.
  • Track and monitor workflow on a daily basis. 
  • Work with the samples team to ensure products are received, checked, and inventoried in time for studio deadlines.
  • Communicate workflow statuses and concerns to the studio teams.
  • This is a busy role managing request from the Client service team and making sure the team in the studio is fully utilised, but not overstretched. You will be monitoring the time required on projects and flagging any concerns to the Directors.
  • Check for re-shoots or retouch edits and colour-matching. Ensure products are available for the relevant studio team(s) promptly and efficiently within internal time allowances. 
  • Coordinate resources with Team Heads for special projects.  
  • Ensure the LRP Studios and teams are working effectively and adhere to LRP brand growth and presentation. 
  • Reporting to the Production Director you will be responsible for reporting and monitoring health and safety in the studio.
  • Ability to research, suggest and help implement improvements to workflow

Skills and Experience:

  • At least 3 years' fashion e-commerce experience working in leading coordinating/management role
  • Proven career progression in current/ previous roles to the level of team leader or senior management.
  • Multi-brand coordination experience preferential with the ability to run multiple concurrent projects.
  • Ability to multitask across all sectors of the business.
  • A clear understanding of the importance of client experience and satisfaction.
  • Motivate the team and emphasise the importance of working together to attain a consolidated goal.
  • Inspire confidence in the team with your attention to detail in meeting deadlines.
  • The ability to run weekly studio meetings and staff 1:1’s with department heads.
  • Highly enthusiastic within the role while projecting visible professional confidence and energy.
  • Take instruction and use initiative to translate requirements into clear results.
  • The ability to work well as part of a team in a highly pressurized environment and also be able to work without instruction when required.
  • Excellent work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Multi-task in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively.  
  • Exceptional organizational skills and very strong attention to detail. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills. 
  • Proven ability to work to deadlines.   
  • Proactive and able to show initiative to constantly improve the studio workflow   
  • Continually suggest and help implement improvements to workflow.
  • Comfortable liaising at all levels within the business while reporting to the Production MD.
  • Adobe creative suite experience.
  • Excellent working knowledge of G Suite, Sheets, Pages, Excel
  • Ability to time manage and prioritise in a continuously changing workspace
