To support in driving the Ecommerce business with all day to day stock and trading activities and to help deliver the overall department strategy for Agent Provocateur websites.

Main responsibilities:

Daily Site Management

  • Key team member for product and category production and content for the main AP website across 4 storefronts, and 2 sites for L’Agent, including descriptions, prices, imagery, video, attributions and quality checking.
  • Support the trading team on stock checks, stock fragmentations and intake for the AP collection working to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Assist in product and category trading planning.
  • Support on onsite visual merchandising, actively working to improve conversion and sell through.
  • Daily site walk-throughs, across stores and device ensuring our best output.
  • Support on product featured on marketing channels.
  • Key member of the team for site refreshes, going in and out of Sale periods, Seasonal launches etc.

Ecommerce

  • Daily monitoring of product/category sales to contribute to reactive actions, identifying opportunities both globally and in local markets.
  • Be aware of the digital experience from channel to checkout and help to improve the customer journey from acquisition to checkout.
  • Work with the wider team to improve SEO on key landing pages.
  • Assist in onsite trading opportunities and identify/champion/drive areas that will improve conversion and basket value.
  • Assist in driving onsite recommendations and personalisation.
  • Assist in web analytics and online marketing data dives that keep the Ecommerce business moving forward, identifying new opportunities both globally and in local markets.
  • Contribute to marketing and trading discussions for content and campaigns.
  • Contribute to user experience conversations and testing plan.
  • Brief design on homepages planned in the trading calendar to keep the team’s workflow moving.
  • Assist in searchandising to improve UX and sales through the onsite search channel.
  • Assist in the ecom product photography process, review and QC retouched images as they come back, ensure products are set to live within deadline.
  • Contributing to adhoc project research and user experience trends.
  • Able to work well across different functions in the business/ able to build relationships with other departments.
  • Regularly review product information and liaise with customer services/ecom operations for immediate/tactical improvements to help reduce returns.
  • Monitor competitors and industry for SWOT / Comp Shops.
  • Manage L’Agent site updates, China brand site content and Franchise content updates.

Reporting

  • Own daily and weekly sales and reporting for the department and contribute to weekly meetings.
  • Provide observations and context to sales and trading patterns.
  • Manage adhoc deep dives into product/category performance and onsite performance.
  • Develop monthly/seasonal/annual overviews for site performance.

Desired skills and experience:

  • Ecommerce CMS platform experience essential. Magento enterprise experience preferable.
  • Solid experience working in a fast-paced retail/ecommerce environment. Luxury or fashion business preferable.
  • Target driven with an excellent grasp of numbers.
  • Intermediate to advanced excel skills.
  • Knowledge of merchandising practices for accurate stock and sales analysis.
  • Experience with Google Analytics. Experience of Omniture preferable.
  • Passion for lingerie.
