We are looking for an Editorial Assistant to join our Editorial team. This role will report into the Editorial Manager. We are an incredibly fast-paced team and we are looking for a brilliant Editorial Assistant to join and help us take Editorial to the next level.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Publish content across all social media platforms for Trinny London (the brand) and Trinny Woodall (the person) including Facebook, Instagram, Instagram Stories, YouTube and TikTok.
  • Follow brand guidelines to create native Stories on Instagram, sharing UGC and press coverage daily.
  • Create tracked links for use across Editorial assets and maintain team spreadsheets to a high standard.
  • Be an expert of the platforms we are working with, regularly reporting on updates and new opportunities to explore.
  • Ideation and development of content for use on TikTok.
  • Maintain a forward-thinking mindset and be reactive to social media trends. Be proactive in bringing ideas to the table with a strong focus on content that will appeal to our target audience.
  • Use scheduling tools for weekend posting and brief the team ahead of the weekend.
  • Occasional weekend work required.
  • Support other members of the Editorial team and report in to the Editorial Manager.
