ODD Agency is seeking a highly organised, proactive Executive Assistant & Showroom Manager to support our Directors and oversee the smooth running and organisation of our Paris and New York showrooms. This dual role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is eager to grow with a leading luxury wholesale agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide executive support to the Directors: diary management, travel booking, inbox oversight, and meeting prep
• Manage the London showroom: maintain presentation standards, prepare for buyer appointments, and coordinate seasonal set-ups
• Oversee sample management: arrivals, returns, shipments, and market preparation
• Liaise with brands, buyers, and partners to ensure smooth communication and follow-ups
• Travel to Paris and New York four times a year to support seasonal showroom operations and assist during market appointments
• Support event/showroom production across international fashion weeks

What we're looking for:

• At least 2 years' experience in EA, PA, showroom management, or fashion wholesale roles
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication; confident dealing with high-profile clients
• Problem-solving mindset, detail-oriented, and calm in fast-paced environments
• A passion for fashion and an eye for presentation
