Responsible for all aspects of Franchise Operations , this person coordinates internally and externally all Operations activity. The Franchise Assistant is a key function to ensure a smooth communication and coordination with Customer Service, Credit Management, Store Design & Construction, Learning & Development, Marketing, PR and our Franchise partners. We expect this person to make the role and responsibility evolve along with the business and bring added value to the position.

Responsibilities:

Daily Operations:

  • Gather weekly sales reports from Planning team and send out the Weekly Report to MK Franchise team
  • Manage the monthly damages approval by partner
  • Solve any issue with third parties such as DDS, Shoppertrack suppliers
  • Support and provide follow-up for all training programs, seminars, summits
  • Update Peak Trade Calendar along with Buying, Marketing and PR teams

Inventory/Product flow:

  • Partner with Customer Service, logistics and Credit Management teams to ensure each a timely delivery process
  • Facilitate conversation between internal stakeholders and Franchise partners in case of new regulation/certification
  • Ensure VM guidelines have been sent and received on time by our Partners

Business Development:

  • Attend to weekly calls with Store Construction and Store Design Teams to ensure smooth store openings
  • Liaise with the Partners, MK Buying and Planning team to ensure each new store layout is maximized
  • Organize Business review with Partners during market – Include relevant MK teams based on the next quarter priorities
  • Management of Quarterly Doors count to Corporate on a quarterly basis

Communication:

  • Be the referent for any communication to the Partners (Licensee products orders, End of Season Sale guidelines, Product knowledge)
  • Develop clear, consistent, timely and effective methods of communication with line Manager, corporate office and franchise partners as frequently as required via - e-mail, phone calls, in-person meetings and presentations
  • Organize weekly/Monthly/Ad’hoc calls and follow up with relevant people
  • Weekly update with Regional Manager to review priorities and achievements

Experience:

  • Previous experience within the Franchise business
  • Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management
  • Multi-site/country management
