A prestigious, high-end salon in central London is looking for an experienced Front of House/Reception to become the face of their brand and the first point of contact for their discerning clientele.

This is an exciting opportunity for a polished, professional individual who thrives in a luxury environment, delivers exceptional customer service, and has a background in either retail sales, luxury hospitality, private members clubs, restaurants, etc.  As a leading destination for premium colour and styling services, they pride themselves on delivering a seamless client experience, combining world-class expertise with a refined, welcoming atmosphere. 

The successful candidate would work alongside their existing Client Experience Manager and Front of House team, helping them to deliver the exceptional level of service and attention to detail working amongst a a fantastic team.

The role of Front of House Receptionist:

• Welcome clients with warmth, professionalism, and discretion
• Manage appointments, telephone calls, and email enquiries efficiently
• Process payments and support daily administrative operations
• Drive retail sales through confident product recommendations
• Maintain an immaculate and organised reception environment
• Support the wider salon team to ensure an exceptional client journey from arrival to departure

What Detail London is looking for:

• Experience in a Front of House, Reception, or Client Services role
• Retail sales experience
• Impeccable personal presentation and communication skills
• Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-centric environment
• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences
• The right to live and work in the UK indefinitely
• Retail sales experience within the luxury, beauty, wellness, or hospitality is a plus
