As a Denim Technologist, you’ll play a key role in supporting the product development process — ensuring all denim styles meet the brand’s high-quality standards and sustainability ethos. You’ll collaborate closely with design, buying, and supply teams, overseeing fit sessions, managing approvals, and maintaining clear communication with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the fit and construction of denim garments across multiple styles
• Ensure all products meet brand quality and sustainability standards
• Work closely with suppliers on testing, fit comments, and wash approvals
• Support design and buying teams through the full product lifecycle
• Maintain detailed technical documentation and approval records

The Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Denim or Garment Technologist within fashion retail or supplier environments
• Strong technical understanding of denim fits, fabric performance, and wash processes
• Confident managing sample approvals and communicating with factories
• Organised, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment
• Available to start immediately (this role is not suitable for those on notice)
