The overall responsibility of the Global Licensing & Media Assistant is to assist with the daily operations of the marketing for Jimmy Choo licensing & media activities
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Creative Content:
Oversee licensing content calendar and critical path, ensuring alignment with Jimmy Choo calendar and brand
Work with licensing partners to ensure clear briefs are shared for all content creation
·Support the Senior Manager in to timely review and approval process for all creative assets
Decline and deliver all final content to Jimmy Choo stakeholders
Track and ensure that advertising asset deliverables align with the media plan and that timelines are met
Support with campaign shoot product requests in collaboration with Marketing & PR
Media:
Support the Senior Manager to review, provide feedback and approve each season all fragrance media proposals per market, consulting the appropriate internal teams and other key stakeholders.
Support the Senior Manager in liaising with external media and digital agencies to book media where required
Ensure all artwork specifications and format requirements are anticipated and clearly briefed
Support Senior Manager in delivering plans for partners' paid social plans, including briefing and reporting, as well as other associated tasks such as trafficking
Ensure seasonal media guidelines are followed
Post-campaign analysis and reporting, including any ROI
Manage invoice, billing and recharge process to ensure accuracy within the overall global media budget
Monitor and report on media marketplace to stay abreast of trends, identify opportunities in emerging media and related technologies
Marketing Activities:
Project manage approvals and asset needs for all marketing activities with internal stakeholders
Collaborate with the Creative Services team to share and implement consistent branding guidelines across all partners
Liaise with all license partners on gifting needs, including brand client gifts and product-specific press/influencer gifts
Talent:
Managing internal stakeholder approvals of organic and paid talent content and product placement activities
Support with product requests in collaboration with Social and PR
Profile:
Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Good organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
Attention to detail and accuracy
A strong team player who can develop trusted relationships between internal departments and inspires colleagues, takes initiative and can handle a fast-paced environment
Excellent project management & organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Process and detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to multitask with solid organisational and time management skills
Meet stringent deadlines while having the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
Positive attitude and enthusiasm for luxury fashion
Excellent skills to look for the information, facilitate the information flow, synthesise it and share it with other departments and regions
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, including presentation skills
Fashion Marketing Degree is a plus
