Resistant Material is seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. We are a culture-driven creative studio working with an exclusive selection of individuals and brands. We are looking for a passionate individual with a high taste level, keen eye for aesthetics and a deep understanding of fashion, music, art, and culture.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative and visually compelling design concepts that align with the studio's aesthetic and meet the project’s requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with design and culture to ensure the studio remains at the forefront of creativity.
• Take ownership of projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and design objectives are achieved.
• Work closely with clients to understand their vision and effectively translate it into creative design solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a designer within the fashion, music, art, or cultural industries.
• Exceptional design skills and a demonstrated ability to create visually stunning, on-brand concepts and designs.
• Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to generate unique ideas that push creative boundaries.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Passion for fashion, music, art, and culture as well as a high taste level.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts to clients and team members.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, a proactive approach, and a willingness to take ownership of projects.
• Portfolio showcasing diverse design work within the fashion, music, art, or cultural sectors.
