Creative Sample Studio is a London-based design bureau and fashion brand development studio working with established, emerging and growing fashion brands.  We partner with brands across product development, sampling and production — helping them bring ideas to life and scale.  We are now looking for a driven, proactive and ambitious Head of Product & Brand Operations who wants to grow with the company and take on a key leadership role. This is not a standard operational role.

What the Head of Product & Brand Operations will be doing

Leadership & Ownership

• Lead product development and delivery processes
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams
• Take responsibility for timelines, structure and outcomes
• Drive accountability across the studio

Client & Business Development:

• Lead client communication from first call to delivery
• Build strong relationships with brands
• Actively bring in new clients through outreach, network and communication
• Push projects forward and drive revenue

Product & Operations:

• Oversee development from concept to production
• Manage fittings, approvals and production timelines
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Improve processes and reduce inefficiencies

What Creative Sample Studio is looking for:

• At least 7 years' experience within the fashion industry
• Strong understanding of end-to-end fashion processes
• Experience in fashion (product development/production/brand side)
• Commercially driven, ambitious and confident in client-facing roles
• Are confident communicating with clients in English
• Understand how fashion brands operate end-to-end
• Are organised and able to manage multiple projects
• Have a strong sense of responsibility and ownership
• You take initiative
